LABOR to enter

 Today we've celebrated Labor Day.

Labor Day was originally designed to honor workers as part of the American organized labor movement.

The definition of Labor means:

* work, especially hard physical work.

* work hard; make great effort.

* have difficulty in doing something despite working hard.

Hebrews 4:11 instructs us to "labor" to enter into that rest.

Living for God takes work, hard work!

We cannot just live however we want and do whatever we want and expect to make it to heaven. It takes great effort.

It takes seeking God's face and searching the scriptures daily to make sure we're living God's way and not our own.

It takes denying the flesh of its wants and desires.

It takes becoming a Living Sacrifice unto God.

Are you "laboring" (working hard) to enter into that rest?
