Will You heed or ignore the warnings?

I was watching a video of the tornado as it hit areas of Little Rock Arkansas. The warning had went out. The sirens were screaming a warning to take cover. You can still see cars driving back and forth despite the warning and and the signs all around that the tornado is near. There's a man standing in the parking lot watching it all. Thankfully, he listened to the please to get inside where it was safer. Then, suddenly, the tornado was upon them.

Those videoing nearly lost their life when they were almost pulled out the door by the force of the Wind. I am glad that they made it through. I do not know what happened to those who were in the vehicles driving by.

It reminded me of the warning cries that have been going out, "Jesuis coming! Get ready! Live for Jesus! Get in the Church!  Obey Jesus' instructions to be Born Again of water (Baptism in Jesus name) and of Spirit (receiving the Holy Ghost evidenced by speaking in other tongues)" <John 3:3,5 + Acts 2:1-4,38-39 and so many more Scriptures >

Yet so many are ignoring the cries and the warning sounds and signs.  They're standing there watching the debris fly around them.  They feethe winds of destruction blowing harder and harder across this sin sick world. Yet, they're not making the move to safety. Some, are heeding the cries to get inside the Church where it safe. While others are continuing on with life as usual,  as if they don't see or hear the roar growing louder around them.

Will you heed the warning cries?  Time is running out.  Some never lived to see today. 💔 Our hearts grieve with those suffering losses. We're not promised tomorrow. We'll either stand before God in judgment by way of the grave or at the return of Jesus when the wheat are separated from the tares. We don't know when either of those times will be.  We just need to be ready and watching.  

Don't be like those who ignored the warnings.  Listen to the cries going out to obey the salvation call and get in the Ark of safety (the Church). Eternity is too long to play around with and delay getting your soul right with Jesus. 

Will you heed the warnings or continue to ignore them?

You were not meant to live a defeated life

Holy Ghost filled Christian, you were not meant to live a defeated life. Stop letting the devil blind you and deceive you and keep you bound. You have the power and authority Jesus has given us through the Holy Ghost, His Name, and His Blood. Walk in it and possess it. 

One shall be taken and the other left

 Matthew 24 (KJV)

⁴⁰ Then shall two be in the field; 

the one shall be taken, and the other left.

⁴¹ Two women shall be grinding at the mill; 

the one shall be taken, and the other left.

The word 'taken' means 'receive near' (Strong’s G3880)

The word 'left' means 'Sent away' (Strong’s G863)

Many use these Scriptures to support a pre-tribulation rapture theory. It would sound like they are correct, however,  we have to read the preceding verses to get the complete understanding of what is transpiring as well as look at what each word means using the Strong’s Concordance.  Scripture will also support and help interpret Scripture. 

So what does this mean "one shall be taken and the other left "?

Matthew 25 (KJV) explains....

³¹ When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:

³² And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:

³³ And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

³⁴ Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

⁴¹ Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

The sheep shall be received.  

The goats shall be sent away. 

Feeling far from God?

 Feeling far away from God? 

The answer is in this verse....

“Draw nigh to God, 

and He will draw nigh to you. 

(That comes through daily prayer and reading God's Word with often fasting)

Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; 

and purify your hearts, ye double minded.”

(Sincerely repent and stop sinning)

Don't let the devil lie and deceive you into thinking God doesn't love you, that there is no hope for you. That sly ol fox knows the plans God has for you and wants to thwart them because he fears what you'll become through Christ Jesus.  

Keep drawing near to God.  Keep praying even when you don't feel like it or feel God. Sometimes it's because the devil is trying to block and hinder your prayers. Draw nigh to God and He has promised...PROMISED....He will draw nigh to you. 

This came to me to encourage someone who is struggling.

 When life was going the way you wanted it to, was it going the way God wanted it to? Sometimes God will allow a shaking and a stirring to occur because He loves you too much to leave you on the path to hell.

The Peace of God

 And the peace of God, 

which passeth all understanding, 

shall keep your hearts and minds 

through Christ Jesus.

— Philippians 4:7 (KJV)

The word "keep" means: to mount guard, to protect.

The peace of God will mount guard and protect your heart and mind.  If you let Him.  

His Word instructs to cast ALL our care upon Him (1 Peter 5:7)  When you cast something you are throwing it as hard and as far away from yourself as you possibly can. Too many times we want Jesus to fix it while we continue to hold tightly to it and worry over it. 

God wants you to CAST all that you are worrying  and fretting and stressing over upon Him.  As you do, the peace that He gives in return will be a peace beyond the understanding of human comprehension.  

Jesus left us with these comforting words...

Peace I leave with you, 

My peace I give unto you: 

not as the world giveth, give I unto you. 

Let not your heart be troubled, 

neither let it be afraid.

— John 14:27 

In Tough Times, Remember the Works of God

David was lamenting and crying out to God for help in Psalm 77.  He was so troubled,  he could not speak (vs 4) and could not find comfort (vs 2). UNTIL he began to remember and think on the mighty things God had done in the past (vs 10-12).

He gave himself a pep talk....
"I WILL REMEMBER  the years of the right hand of the Most High."
"I WILL REMEMBER the works of the Lord."
"I WILL REMEMBER Thy wonders of old."
"I WILL MEDITATE (think about) also of all Thy work"
"AND TALK of Thy doings."

Then David began to worship (vs 13-20)

In tough times, remember and think on all the things God has done in the past.
Testify and talk about all He's done and is doing.  
Then begin to worship. 
See how the atmosphere changes.
Feel the heaviness lift as we glorify God more than our problems. 

At times,  we focus too much on the
"woe is me" more than the "great is He!"
We need to reverse that way of thinking.

🎶 It is no secret what God can do.  What He's done for others,  He'll do for you.... 🎶

2 Chron 7:14

 If My people, 

which are called by My name, 

shall HUMBLE themselves, 

and PRAY, 

and SEEK my face, 

and TURN from their wicked ways;

THEN will I hear from heaven, 

and will forgive their sin, 

and will heal their land.”

  — 2 Chronicles 7:14 (KJV)

God requires 4 things of us....

HUMBLE ourselves (repentance and fasting)

PRAY - not just a quick microwave prayer, but often and sincerely 

SEEK His face - not just His handouts and what He can do for you. SEEK after God through prayer and reading His Word in it's entirety (not just the blessing and prosperity verses) to see what God has to say to us. 

TURN FROM ALL WICKED WAYS - stop sinning,  stop making excuses for sin, turn away from anything and everything God's Word warns against and says not to partake of.

THEN God will hear us, and forgive us, and heal our land. 

Love not the world

1 John 2 (KJV)

¹⁵ Love NOT the world, neither the things that are in the world. 

* This includes its music, its entertainment,  its 'stars', etc

Too many love and are clinging to the things of the world more than the things of God. Actions reveal whether you truly love God or love the world.  

What is your priority?  Where is your priority? Sleeping in or attending an event rather than attending church?  How much is God in your thoughts? How much do you pray? How much do you read your Bible? How much do you deny your flesh through fasting? Time with Jesus must be our #1 priority.  

The Bible continues to warn:

If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

¹⁶ For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

Time for a heart check: who/what do you truly love more? 

Words may say: Jesus 

But what are your actions revealing?

Concerning love....

While you are showing and telling others how much you love them, don't forget to not only tell but also show Jesus how much you love Him. 

We focus so much on God's love toward us,

but how much do we show our love toward Him?

“And thou shalt love the LORD thy God 

with all thine heart, 

and with all thy soul, 

and with all thy might.”  

— Deuteronomy 6:5 (KJV)

“If ye love Me, 

keep My commandments.”

  — John 14:15 (KJV)

“For if ye shall diligently keep 

all these commandments 

which I command you, 

to do them, 

to love the LORD your God, 

to walk in ALL His ways, 

and to cleave unto Him;”

  — Deuteronomy 11:22 (KJV)

Love God with every part of your being. 

Cleave to Him

Walk in ALL His ways

And diligently keep ALL His commandments 

(There are more than just the 10)

We are at war with the devil

We are at war with the devil!

We need all hands on deck!

It is not time to sit and mope.

It is not time to half-heartedly live for God.

I know this isn't going to be popular but I'm going to say it: quit focusing on your mental health, gird up the loins of your mind, and engage in spiritual warfare through prayer and fasting!

Repent of all sin: you cannot win the spiritual battle if you are harboring hate, bitterness, Rebellion, Etc in your heart. Get it out! Cast it down! And take Spiritual Authority!

Church, rise up and fight the good fight of faith!

Souls are depending upon it. They're depending upon you!

 "If our heart is not right, we will not make it!"

Those words woke out of my sleep on Oct 3, 2022.

Again,  I could not sleep and felt to post...

Strive to maintain a pure heart 

and keep a right spirit.  

Eternity is too close to lose out now. 

Those who minister

Those who ministered before the Lord were to sanctify themselves and live holy.  Yet too many are feasting and partaking of worldliness and carnality for the majority of the week. Then expect to get up to minister before the Lord and the people whether in song, preaching, teaching, etc come Sunday or midweek service. 

The devil's table and the Lord's table do not mix. You cannot watch or listen to unholy things for the majority of the week then get up to minister the Holy things of God. It is polluted! 

If you think God doesn't care or concern Himself with it, you are gravely mistaken! Read throughout the Bible and you will see how seriously God takes holiness...within and without.  

If you're listening to ungodly music and watching movies, tv, videos, etc that have ungodly things in them such as: cussing, carousing, murder, fornication, adultery, witchcraft, sorcery, rebellion, and such like then getting up on the platform or going to teach in a classroom you are doing it wrong. You are mixing the holy with the unholy.

How can someone deliver the pure Word of God is their heart is not pure and they're dabbling in sin?

It's strong but it's right - Sanctify yourself!

The Incense of Prayers

The Incense of Prayer

Exodus 30

⁷ And Aaron shall 

BURN THEREON SWEET INCENSE

EVERY MORNING.....

⁸ And when Aaron lighteth the lamps AT EVEN, 

he shall burn incense upon it,

A PERPETUAL INCENSE before the LORD.....

REV 5:8

...having every one of them harps, 

and GOLDEN VIALS FULL OF ODOURS, 

which are THE PRAYERS OF THE SAINTS.

  

Revelation 8

³ And another angel came 

and stood at the altar, 

having a golden censer; 

and there was given unto him MUCH INCENSE, 

that he should offer it 

WITH THE PRAYERS OF THE SAINTS.....

⁴ And the smoke of the incense, 

which came with the prayers of the saints, 

ascended up before God out of the angel's hand.

*Our prayers are like sweet incense before God.

*They are to be a perpetual incense =

Pray without ceasing. — 1 Thess 5:17 (KJV)

Have you offered up an incense of prayer before God this morning?

Are you murmuring against your Pastor? or God?

Exodus 16:2 - And the whole congregation of the children of Israel murmured against Moses and Aaron in the wilderness:

Exodus 16

⁷ ....He heareth your murmurings against the LORD: 

and what are we, that ye murmur against us?

⁸ ....the LORD heareth your murmurings 

which ye murmur against Him: 

and what are we? 

your murmurings are not against us, 

but against the LORD.

Be careful when criticizing and complaining about your Pastor.  You may actually be criticizing and complaining against God without realizing.
